Registration Fees

All full registrations will be entitled to:

• Entry to all scientific sessions and industry symposia

• Programmed morning and afternoon teas and lunches from Saturday to Tuesday

• Electronic conference program and meeting abstracts via the ASM app

• A ticket to the Opening Reception.

• Entry to “Joint Effort – A Collaborative Rheumatology Workshop”

All day registrations will be entitled to:

• Entry to all scientific sessions and industry symposia on the day of attendance only

• Programmed morning and afternoon teas and lunches on the day of attendance

• Electronic conference program and meeting abstracts via the ASM app

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat by 1 April 2026. There is an $150 cancellation fee. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances after this date, but substitute delegates are acceptable.

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our ASM Meeting Manager, lara@themeetingpeople.com.au. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted. 

If, on medical grounds, you are unable to attend the ASM, you must notify us in writing by email lara@themeetingpeople.com.au.

Payment can be made by credit card (via secure online registration only with MasterCard or Visa only).

All registrations need to be submitted via the online registration and they will be acknowledged by return email. If you do not receive a written acknowledgement upon the completion of your online registration, please contact the reg@themeetingpoeple.com.au to ensure that your details have been received.

Payments will be listed on your credit card statement with The Meeting People Pty Ltd.

Australia has a Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. Overseas delegates are not exempt from paying this tax. All fees and costs quoted in the brochure are GST inclusive. The Australian Rheumatology Association is registered for GST - the ABN is 16 002 876 520. Upon payment online you will receive a tax invoice.

Personal information, as defined under the national privacy legislation, The Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2001, will be treated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles and only shared with related or third parties in accordance with those principles.

In case of industrial disruption or other external events causing disruption to the meeting, the Local Organising Committee, the ARA and the Meeting Managers of the Annual Scientific Meeting accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.
