Venue Contractor Induction: Prior to the event start as per exhibitor manual.

Meeting and Trade Dates: Saturday 16th May to Tuesday 19th May 2026

Pyramid Displays Booth Construction:Friday 15th May | From 0600

Custom booth build:Friday 15th May and Saturday 16th May 2026 | From 1100 Friday 15th May (High Vis ONLY) – subject to allocated load in times

Trade bump-in:Saturday 16th May 2026 | 1600-1830 (High vis maybe required depending on build progress)

Trade bump-out:Tuesday 19th May 2026 | 1315 (following completion of lunch)

Custom booth bump-out + Pyramid Displays dismantle: Tuesday 19th May 2026 | 1400 – 12 Midnight

ExhibitionHours:

  • Saturday 16th May 2026 | 1800-1930

  • Sunday 17th May 2026  | 0730-1600

  • Monday 18th May 2026  | 0730-1600

  • Tuesday 19th May 2026 | 0730-1315

Opening Reception (in Exhibition Area)  Saturday 16th May 2026 | 1800 to 1930 (Exhibition Opening)

Delegates will be in the exhibition area during scheduled refreshment breaks. We recommend displays are staffed during scheduled breaks but the exhibition area will remain open/accessible from commencement of sessions until the close of each day.
