Meeting Dates:  Saturday 3rd May to Tuesday 6th May 2025

Adelaide Expo Hire Booth Construction:   Friday 2nd May | From 0400

Custom booth build:   Friday 2nd May and Saturday 3rd May 2025 | From 0600 Friday 2nd May (High Vis ONLY) – subject to allocated load in times

Trade bump-in:    Saturday 3rd May 2025 | 1600-1830 (High vis maybe required depending on build progress)

Trade bump-out  Tuesday 6th May 2025 | 1300 (following completion of lunch)

Custom booth bump-out + AEH dismantle: Tuesday 6th May 2025 | 1400 – 12 Midnight

Trade dates: Saturday 3rd May from to Tuesday 6th May 2025

Exhibition Hours: 

  • Saturday 3rd May 2025 | 1830-2030

  • Sunday 4th May 2025    | 0730-1600

  • Monday 5th May 2025  | 0730-1600

  • Tuesday 6th May 2025 | 0730-1300

Welcome Reception (in Exhibition Area)  Saturday 3rd May 2025 | 1830 to 2000 (Exhibition Opening)

Delegates will be in the exhibition area during scheduled refreshment breaks. We recommend displays are staffed during scheduled breaks but the exhibition area will remain open/accessible from commencement of sessions until the close of each day.
